Overlooking Ronda’s spectacular Tajo Gorge, the renovated Catalonia Reina Victoria Wellness & Spa offers an outdoor pool, a spa, extensive gardens and an à la carte restaurant with panoramic views. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout.

The Victorian-style Catalonia Reina Victoria Wellness & Spa was built in 1906 and fully renovated in summer 2012. It was once the home of the German poet Rainer Maria Rilke.

Decorated in a sleek contemporary style, the air-conditioned rooms feature an LCD satellite smart TV equipped with Chromecast app, a minibar, safe and modern bathroom with a hairdryer and toiletries. Many rooms have a terrace with views of the gorge.

Available at an extra cost, the spa includes a hydrotherapy pool, a hydromassage hot tub, a Scottish Shower, an ice cold bucket shower, an ice fountain and a dry sauna. These services are available at an extra cost. There is also a gym and a relaxation terrace with panoramic views. A range of health and beauty treatments are available.

The Azahar restaurant serves Andalusian and Mediterranean dishes with impressive views of the surroundings. In addition, the hotel houses a breakfast room and a cafeteria-bar.

The Catalonia Reina Victoria hotel has parking for 25 bicycles, racks and locks, a workshop with a tool bench, pump, bicycle laundry and the possibility of personalized service with a guide for bicycle routes. Also mountain bike rental option.

The Reina Victoria & Spa is just 500 metres from Puente Nuevo Bridge and Ronda Bullring, the oldest in Spain. Ronda Train Station is a 10-minute walk away.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 12:00.

Minors under 16 years old cannot access the spa.

Minors from 16 to 18 years old can only enter the spa if accompanied by an adult.

It is mandatory to wear a hat and flip-flops in the facilities.

Credit cardholder must match guest name or provide authorization.

As with reservations of more than 4 rooms, special conditions and supplements will apply to those of more than 8 nights.

Only one dog or cat under 20 kg per room is allowed (upon request). Supplement of €25 nightanimal and deposit of €200.
